Personal Dashboard
Each user has a dashboard screen that allows quick access to all the features of the system. You can set your
personal preferences to land on the dashboard upon log in, or directly to either the time or expense entry screen.
Time / Hours Logging
You can log your time using the web interface, windows mini app or mobile device clients. Each user can opt
to enter their hours in as Start / Stop times, Start and Duration, or as Hours in Decimal or Hours/Minutes format. This option can
be overridden by a manager. All hours can be assigned to a Category / Subcategory, Client or Project.
Expense Tracking
Each user can enter expenses which can be assigned to a Category / Subcategory, Client or Project. There
is a mileage log for employees that are reimbursed for their mileage, or for when mileage is charged to a Client.
Data Import
Using provided templates, you can import Employees, Clients, Categories and Subcategories as well as
projects. If you export data from the system, you can make changes to the information and re-import them as changes.
Resource Allocations
One of the most difficult duties a Manager has is resource allocation. In most cases, having dedicated
resources work on a project is a fantasy. Even if you'd like them to be dedicated, day to day support and other rush projects
get in the way. With this powerful system, when you allocate a resource for a project, you can enter the estimated hours and
target completion date. You can then view this data in calendar format, showing all the assigned projects, vacations, training
and even placeholders for estimated support time etc. Actual work percentage can be entered as well, as most studies shows that
the average employee is productive on projects for 80% of their total time at work.
Manage Projects
With resource allocation views similar to those of the resource manager, a Project Manager
can view the progress of tasks with real time history of hours spent. Re-estimation of task times are displayed in
real time, showing instantly when other future tasks are in jeapordy.
Reports
Resource reports are available with all the data needed for decision making. Export all reports
as CSV files in order to include in other progress reports as needed. You're not stuck with canned reports that don't
have all the data you need. This gives you the ultimate flexibility to do meaningful data analysis.
